Working under the guidance of adult leaders and Program Aides, an ANT (Aide-in-Training) is responsible for completing a training program before and during the camp session. They are provided a Council-approved curriculum, which meets the Program Aide requirements. This training will include opportunities for the trainees to work with younger girls; focus is on program delivery and leadership skills.
